One of my 2016 goals is to branch out and find inspiration in new places - whether it's fitness related or not. A few months ago, I realized there was a podcast app on my phone so I started searching and found several that I now listen to on a daily basis. Keep reading for my favorite podcasts!
The Self Help Podcast - I started listening to this podcast first and immediately wanted to write everything down. The two hosts, psychotherapist Sean Orford and designer Edward Lamb, focus on inspiring listeners to live a happy life and ways to achieve it. Some of my favorite episodes include: how to define success, laughing through life and the importance of lifelong learning.
The Sporkful - This podcast is so entertaining and reminds me why I love to cook... and eat. Hosted by The Cooking Channel's Dan Pashman, this podcast covers the funniest (and true!) topics that make you laugh because they're so accurate. Some of my favorites: when a pancake is more than a pancake and should bagels ever be toasted?
A lot of the episodes are short enough to listen to on my lunch break which I love! My list is kinda short still so I'm on the hunt for other podcasts (yoga-related, fitness, inspirational, funny) so if you have recommendations I'd love to know!
