The 3 Best Detox Drinks

This may come as a shock, but I don't drink coffee. Never have, probably never will since I don't even like the smell of it. (Yes, I'm that person who, if I ever walk into Starbucks, orders a smoothie.) So here are the 3 best detox drinks that I enjoy literally everyday.
Flat Tummy Tea (lemon, optional)
I am not a tea drinker, but I've been drinking Flat Tummy Tea every day. It's a 100% natural herbal detox tea that helps relieve bloating over 2 or 4 weeks. The morning mix boosts energy, reduces bloating and speeds up your metabolism. The evening mix also reduces bloating and helps with digestion. I actually like the way it tastes and I've noticed a huge difference in the way I feel. #byebloat It's a lose mix, so you'll have to invest in a tea strainer (I use these).
Lemon + Ginger + Cucumber + Water
I buy lemons by the bag now because I'm always having some sort of lemon/water concoction. I started with this mix of lemon, ginger, cucumber and water and was hooked. All you need is a gallon of water, 1 cucumber, a few sliced lemons, and a handful of ginger root. Add it into a glass jug/pitcher and let sit in the refrigerator for at least a couple hours. The longer it sits, the more flavorful it gets.

A few weeks ago at work, I wanted to sip on something hot since I was getting over a cold. I poured myself some hot water and decided to use up some lemons I had. It turned out to be a very happy accident - the warm lemony mix soothed my throat and now I drink a couple glasses every single day, usually with a teaspoon of honey. (I'm drinking a glass as I write this!) Plus, I discovered it has SO many more benefits other than soothing a sore throat.
