Part of sharing my fitness journey is reminding myself of my own progress. So, hello, crappy quality progress pictures! (Sorry, working on better ones in a month or so.) You might have seen a picture on my Instagram a few months ago, so why not share it all with you on my blog as well?

The picture on the left from July was in Miami, literally the day Chris and I started working out. After 4 months of working out 6 days a week, I began to see so many changes in my body! My stomach is shrinking and arms and legs are getting toned. It's so exciting to see these changes in such a short period of time! Talk about huge motivation.

These pictures are proof that it doesn't take a year or more to see results. You set goals and you can get there in no time with research, hard work and dedication!
